Cancellation Policy
At Romantic Inn & Suites, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fair reservation practices for all guests. By making a reservation through our website or any authorized booking partner, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Standard Cancellation Policy
Most standard reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date without penalty, unless otherwise stated during the booking process.
Reservations canceled within the eligible cancellation period will receive a full refund of any eligible prepaid amount, excluding non-refundable service fees, where applicable.
Late Cancellation
Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's room rate plus applicable taxes.
Certain promotional rates, seasonal offers, or extended stay reservations may have different cancellation requirements. Please review your booking confirmation for the specific terms associated with your reservation.
Non-Refundable Reservations
Reservations booked under Non-Refundable, Advance Purchase, or Special Discount rates cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after confirmation.
These discounted rates are offered in exchange for limited cancellation flexibility.
No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to arrive on the confirmed check-in date without notifying the hotel will be considered a No-Show.
In the event of a no-show:
- The reservation may be canceled automatically.
- One night's room charge or the full reservation amount may be charged based on the reservation type.
- Remaining nights may be released for resale without additional notice.
Reservation Modifications
If you need to change your reservation, including your arrival date, departure date, room type, or length of stay, please contact us before your scheduled arrival.
All reservation changes are subject to:
- Room availability
- Current room rates
- Applicable rate differences
- Seasonal restrictions
Changes cannot be guaranteed and may result in additional charges.
Early Departure
Guests who choose to depart before their confirmed check-out date may be responsible for the remaining balance of the reservation or an early departure fee, depending on the rate selected at the time of booking.
Extended Stay Reservations
Reservations for extended stays may require advance notice for cancellation or modification.
Special cancellation terms may apply to reservations exceeding multiple consecutive nights. Please review your confirmation email for complete details.
Group Reservations
Reservations involving multiple rooms, corporate travel, weddings, meetings, or group events are subject to separate cancellation terms outlined in the group booking agreement.
Different deadlines and cancellation fees may apply.
Holiday & Special Event Bookings
Reservations made during holidays, city-wide events, conventions, festivals, or other peak travel periods may require prepaid deposits and may have stricter cancellation policies.
These conditions will be clearly displayed during the booking process and included in your reservation confirmation.
Third-Party Reservations
If your reservation was made through an Online Travel Agency (OTA) such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Priceline, Agoda, or another third-party provider, cancellation requests must be made directly through the company where the reservation was originally booked.
Romantic Inn & Suites cannot modify or refund reservations booked through third-party travel providers.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
Any non-refundable fees or third-party processing charges may not be eligible for reimbursement.
Force Majeure
Romantic Inn & Suites shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Power outages
- Transportation disruptions
- Civil disturbances
- Other unforeseen circumstances
In such situations, we will make every reasonable effort to assist guests whenever possible.
Hotel's Right to Cancel
Romantic Inn & Suites reserves the right to cancel or refuse any reservation if:
- Payment authorization cannot be completed.
- Fraudulent or inaccurate booking information is provided.
- Hotel policies have been violated.
- Occupancy limits are exceeded.
- Circumstances arise that affect guest safety or hotel operations.
When applicable, eligible refunds will be processed according to this policy.
